Part time Event Manager in the San Francisco bay area.

This position requires a friendly, dependable, outgoing self starter with excellent external and internal customer service skills as well as a professional attitude. Experience in working with on site operations with exhibitors/ trade show managers/ convention services or an engineering department in a major facility helpful. Electrical knowledge is not required but a plus.
Our normal hours are 8 to 4:30 but you must be available to work some early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays from time to time to service events as needed.

Part-Time Career Opportunity Administrative Assistant in downtown Baltimore

The Administrative Assistant position requires excellent customer service, phone, computer, data entry, organizational, and communication skills to provide electrical services for conventions, trade shows and special events. Experience in the convention, trade show or special event industry is preferred.
The Administrative Assistant will be required to, handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls. Organize, gather and prep all documentation for all shows, service our clients, exhibitors and show management during conventions, tradeshows and special events. The successful applicant must be able to facilitate deadlines and have the ability to multi-task. The successful candidate must also be able to speak and communicate clearly and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Competency is required in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word and Outlook) and PC/laptop operation in general. A skills test will be given at time of interview. The successful candidate requires the motivation to learn our business and provide the best customer service in the industry while working in a fast paced and rewarding environment.
